Our intent is to provide the services and system to fulfill your need. But sometimes there is query or support need. As a user, you can raise any helpdesk or support ticket.
The steps are:
- Login in iSocietyManager with Facility Admin user id. Click on Log Ticket Icon in the header bar.
- Select the category of support or help required and then subcategory of that. Add the description.
- You will get an auto-email on the communication detail.
- You can add/edit communication details for your site.
